Meet Nikki
Nikki brings 28 years of studying and implementing organizational strategy, vision, and leadership to RFC. Troubleshooting and creating processes to support as-needed solutions along with mentoring up-and-coming leaders in today’s changing business models has become a niche part of her vision. Nikki enjoys fitting all the puzzle pieces together to help the small business model grow and prosper using creative solutions to help employees and owners find their inner purpose in what they do.
Discussing her background, Nikki says “I’m very thankful for my background in design, marketing, and technology lending its hand to leadership opportunities over the years. I have been blessed to have positive role models and mentors assist me and I’ve always promised to do the same for others. When a person can help inspire someone for the better, it helps build a positive and productive work landscape. I’ve continued to build my career journey through personal growth and found how important it is to help others find and do the same.”
Nikki has found RFC to have a great foundation built through its owners and employees. Every person on this team brings such a diverse and unique perspective to the RFC community. She is extremely excited to play a leadership role in supporting and mentoring the RFC team into the future.
Nikki lives in Dexter with her husband Chris and daughter Maya, a junior at Michigan State. She loves to read, golf, bike, and spend time with friends.
